Terms and Conditions of Use for Platform 77myr

Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" or "77myr" — refers to the website 77myr.one, including all pages, services, games and features available on it.
• "User" or "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered an account or accessed the 77myr platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal profile registered by a user to access platform services.
• "Real Money" — refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) deposited into the account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" — refers to additional credits granted by 77myr to users in accordance with the promotional terms set out.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus must be used in wagers before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Withdrawal" — refers to the process of transferring funds from a 77myr account to a registered payment method.

Acceptance of Terms

77myr reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Account Eligibility

To register and use the 77myr platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Register voluntarily and not under compulsion from any party.
• Not be prohibited from gambling under any law, regulation or court order in force in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not be currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Provide personal information that is truthful, accurate and current at the time of registration.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of another person.

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, a valid email address and any other information needed for identity verification purposes. 77myr reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad or bank statement for regulatory compliance purposes.

You are fully responsible for ensuring your account information is kept up to date. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and not to share your login details with anyone. 77myr will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.

Deposits and Payments

77myr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third parties will not be accepted and may be returned or forfeited.

77myr does not charge any hidden fees on deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges which are beyond our control.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals may be made to the same payment method used for your deposit. The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM50. Standard processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

Before the first withdrawal is approved, users may be required to complete an identity verification process. This includes submitting a copy of your MyKad and other documents as proof of ownership of the registered payment method.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the user's name.
• The wagering requirement for any bonus received must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• 77myr reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, 77myr reserves the right to freeze the account and hold withdrawals while an investigation is carried out.

Bonuses and Promotions

77myr offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received.

For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before a withdrawal from that bonus amount is permitted.

Another example: a deposit of RM3,200 yields the maximum bonus of RM1,500, giving a balance of RM4,700. The wagering requirement to be met is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including hedge betting, opening multiple accounts or coordinating with other users to claim bonuses unfairly, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Game Rules

All games available on the 77myr platform are subject to the specific rules set by their respective game developers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.

Game outcomes generated by a random number generator (RNG) or a live baccarat system are final and cannot be disputed. 77myr is not responsible for any game outcome that a player finds unsatisfactory.

• All live casino games are operated by real dealers via live streaming and use standard gambling equipment.
• Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved in accordance with the recovery policy set by 77myr.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within the game interface itself.
• Sports betting outcomes depend on the actual results of the relevant sporting event.

User Conduct

77myr users are required to behave responsibly, fairly and with respect towards other users and platform staff at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without a refund:

• Use of third-party software, bots or automated methods to manipulate games or wagers.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt or damage the 77myr platform systems.
• Use of false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions.
• Misuse of live chat or support channels for harassment, threats or the spreading of false information.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Any activity related to money laundering through the platform.

Privacy and Personal Data

Limitation of Liability

Account Termination

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements and valid account balances will be processed in accordance with the current policy.

77myr reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if a user is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the account balance may be withheld pending an ongoing investigation.

• Voluntary account closure by the user: any eligible real money balance will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure by 77myr due to a breach of terms: the balance may be forfeited depending on the outcome of the internal investigation.
• Accounts that are inactive for a specified period may be subject to an inactive account policy, which will be stated separately.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

77myr operates under international licensing and complies with regulations set by the licensing authority. The platform is designed to provide online gambling services to Malaysian players in a controlled and responsible environment.
